The goal of this Project is to assist people to locate the items that they need in this time of crisis and to assist governments and institutions to connect to the realities on the ground in order to assist the people and their economies. The goal of Item Banc Technology is to discover the cost of what we need relative to the currency that we use. The Project would output global parity data by country by currency by item and by BHN set data.
The technology acquires an input of real-time costs for a similar set of basic needed items by country and by currency using a phone dapp (distributed application). Each phone becomes a data node that is rewarded for input with tokens to spend on item cost and availability data collected in the Item Banc Vault. This information can assist the node user where to buy what they need for the best cost.
The Item Banc Engine uses the real-time item and cost data in the Vault to calculate the following:
Item Data: Weighted average value by item
Currency Data Basket: Weighted average value by item by location
Global Parity Data: Relative value to currency based on currency pairs using PPP algorithms
Create a phone dapp that allows for entry of the retail prices of fifty specific items that are designated as BHN (Basic Human Need). The items are treated as commodities so the brand designation is not important. Each item has basic specifications such as weight or size or count.
The phone dapp would take in the fields including Quantity, Where (City and Country) at What Price in state fiat currency. The id of the phone and IP address of data entry would also be noted. This is the Validator node. The node would be sent an acknowledgement of entry and a token credit. The data Vault would be updated with fields Item, Location, Qty, Price.
2.ITEM BANC ENGINE
The IBE would be coded to take data in the Vault and calculate Item Data, Currency Data Basket, and Global Parity data then send to the Item Banc Market.
3.ITEM BANC MARKET
The IBM would be developed to update an Item Banc Market for each specific country. The Item Banc would provide live updated information on the current price and availability of BHN items in the country. The token credit could be used in the app to view pricing and availability of BHN items within the country from the NODE that the data was entered.
4.ITEM BANC ENTITY/SMART CONTRACTS
The system would be coded to allow the provenance of the state or country to see reporting on the data summaries for their region with the ability to incentivize NODES with tokens to enter data, to regulate as they see fit, or to directly tokenize BHN products via smart contracts with business for production.

Items fall into five categories and the base set includes about fifty items, depending on the country.
